BLUE PENGUIN CONTEST RULES AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ORGANIZATION

The company Blue Penguin SàRL, domiciled in La Chaux-de-Fonds, organizes the Blue Penguin loyalty program in collaboration with:

  • HCC Administration & Marketing Sàrl
  • C’mon Corporations SàRL
  • CyberOrigin SA

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers”).

The Blue Penguin program allows fans of Hockey Club La Chaux-de-Fonds to collect points through various actions (physical, digital, transactional) and benefit from advantages based on the loyalty levels reached.

  1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The program is open to any person of legal age (18+) residing in Switzerland. Participation in the program implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

The following are excluded:

  • Persons involved in the implementation of the program,
  1. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

Participants collect points by performing actions provided for in the official points scale (likes/comments on social networks, ticket purchases, attendance at matches, MVP predictions, merchandising, etc.).

Each action must be carried out in accordance with the described procedures (for example: 24-hour deadline for digital interactions related to matches).

Any attempt at fraud or manipulation will result in immediate exclusion from the program.

  1. LOYALTY LEVELS AND REWARDS

The program includes several levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) based on accumulated points.
Each level entitles the member to specific benefits (discounts, digital badges, free tickets, VIP draws, etc.).
Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and non-convertible into cash.

  1. RANKING AND PRIZES

At the end of the season, an official ranking of the top 20 fans will be established.
Specific rewards are awarded according to rank (VIP experience, certified collector’s items, merchandising, etc.).
The Organizers reserve the right to adapt the prizes in case of unavailability.

  1. EXCLUSIVE AUCTION

Silver, Gold, and Diamond members benefit from priority access to an auction of certified collector’s items on the ORIGYN platform.

  1. PLAYOFFS MANAGEMENT

During the Playoffs, all actions are valued with a +50% bonus.
Additional points (Kickstart and completion) as well as special badges may be awarded.

  1. PERSONAL DATA

Data collected as part of the Blue Penguin program is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law.
It is managed jointly by:

  • Blue Penguin SàRL
  • HCC Administration & Marketing Sàrl
  • C’mon Corporations SàRL
  • CyberOrigin SA

It is used solely for:

  • The operation of the program,
  • The management of points and benefits,
  • Marketing communications related to Hockey Club La Chaux-de-Fonds and the Organizers.

Certain data may be transmitted to commercial partners for promotional actions. The participant may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting: info@bluepenguin.ch.

  1. LIABILITY

Participation is under the exclusive responsibility of the participants.
The Organizers cannot be held responsible in the event of technical failure, interruption, or unforeseen events beyond their control.

  1. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program, without compensation for participants, in the event of force majeure or major unforeseen circumstances.

  1. DISPUTES

These rules are subject to Swiss law. The legal venue is located in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
